We're looking for someone with an extensive background in the commercial construction industry, preferably with prior experience working on higher education/K-12 projects. The ideal candidate will come with strong experience working as the lead superintendent on a majority of the projects in their portfolio.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 15 years of experience working in the commercial construction industry.
- Must have experience working on Higher Education/K-12 projects (high schools, college campuses, etc).
- At least 10 years of experience running projects as the Lead Superintendent.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Building Science is highly preferred.
